Shane’s Thoughts

I would like to thank the staff at MTILP, Inc. for their hard work. Many changes have happened over the first half of 2019. Our day program now currently serves 33 clients from Central Wisconsin Center. This increase of 6 clients makes it the LARGEST number of clients we have served. Without everyone working together we could not have made this happen. We not only stayed open and worked during the remodel of our building but we also added two brand new buses to our fleet the beginning of June. Staff’s devotion and excitement to these positive changes is what made it all possible.
Our current team has an astounding passion for our clients and the work we do. Everyone has come together, taken initiative and gone above and beyond to set us apart from any other agency in the state. From planning our 8th annual prom to volunteering time outside of work to raise money for an outdoor space for our clients, our staff is top notch. This is what makes our program so special, the dedication to our mission and the people we serve. Each day, I look forward to working side by side with a great team of people. THANK YOU!
