Our Autistic son, “M”, is now 38-years-old and has had SWO job coaches for his different part-time jobs and community outings since he finished high school. Each job coach is well trained and knows how to manage his many mood swings and difficulties with change. It is not an easy job for anyone. All SWO staff have been extremely professional in the care of M. When he is with SWO coaches, I never have to worry about how he is doing or if he is safe. The staff is extremely capable of managing any situation that comes up while with “M”. We recommend SWO highly. We have had other agencies involved in our son’s care over the years in other areas. None of them have come close to the professionalism we find with SWO.

MTILP has had a strong impact on our daughter as well as our family by supporting her with quality support and helping her become independent in her daily work life.  Support is consistent and MTILP IS always willing to help with guidance and problem solving making her able to succeed in her daily life. There is always open communication and prompt response to questions or issues.  They provide an inclusive and creative work community which has always been very important.  Our daughter has been at her current job for 15 years and that is in large part to MTILP!
