Successful Work Options of MTILP, Inc. is looking for caring and responsible adults to support and assist adults with developmental disabilities during the weekdays with their jobs and community activities in the Madison and surrounding area.

Job Coaches work 30-38 hours per week with NO EVENINGS or WEEKENDS!  Job Coaches generally work independently, providing job supports and community based activities for the clients, and adhere to the client’s individualized support plans.  Job Coaches will assist in promoting the health, safety, and welfare of all of our clients.  On the job training will be provided.


Applicants must have self-motivation, time management skills, and work independently as well as in a team setting.  This individual will also have effective professional communication skills when interacting with clients, parents/guardians, service providers, and other interested individuals.  Applicants should have the basic knowledge and understanding of developmental disabilities, supported employment, community resources, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.  An Associate’s degree in a relevant human services field is preferred or equivalent experience.  This individual must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
